Workspace subscription trials

Regular Poimne membership remains free. Seed is no longer offered. When enrollment is available, Growth ($29/month), Flock ($199/month), and Business ($49/month) each begin with a 14-day trial. Enrollment requires a payment method and consent to monthly renewal at the selected price. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Transaction and payment-processing fees are separate. Trial eligibility is subject to organization verification and duplicate-enrollment review; giving amounts alone do not determine a tier or penalty.

Age-restricted content

Age-restricted content: Some content is permitted under our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service but is not appropriate for viewers under 18. Poimne may restrict access to adults. This policy applies to videos, descriptions, custom thumbnails, live streams, and other Poimne products and features. Content that violates our rules may be removed; an age restriction does not make prohibited content acceptable.

Welcome to Poimne

By utilizing our church-management software applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Poimne provides technology infrastructure via Stripe Connect to facilitate automated church administrative tasks and voluntary contributions. We do not act as a financial institution or a merchant of record. Individual connected churches are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations, charitable giving tax receipt issuance, and administrative outreach decisions.

Community & Advertising Guidelines

A Christian-rooted community, open to everyone

Poimne welcomes people of every background. You do not need to share the same beliefs to participate respectfully. Family life, work, hobbies, learning, local events and community service belong alongside prayer and fellowship. Respectful questions and disagreement are welcome; harassment, demeaning others and pressure to adopt a belief are not.

Content and conduct standards

Treat people with dignity. Do not post threats, targeted harassment, hateful attacks, pornography, sexual exploitation, scams, deceptive fundraising, or another person’s private information without authorization. Difficult experiences and discussions of abuse should be considered in context. Mentioning a difficult subject does not by itself make a post unacceptable. An age restriction never makes prohibited content acceptable.

Posting, screening and review

Ordinary timeline posts do not require routine Command Deck approval. Applicable automated checks may block content, and reported or suspicious material may need further review. Automated screening is limited and cannot guarantee detection of all harmful text, images or videos. Advertising and curated library submissions retain their separate review requirements. Poimne may remove content or restrict accounts according to the seriousness and repetition of violations. Contact support@poimneapp.com to request review of a moderation decision.

Advertising and outside content

Anyone may apply to advertise, subject to these standards. Third-party advertising must go through the Ad Portal, payment at the applicable package price and content approval before publication. Do not use ordinary timeline posts to bypass advertising payment or review. Poimne’s own clearly labeled service announcements are platform content. Advertisements must be clearly identified and accurately describe the offer. We assess the content and conduct of an advertiser, not its religious identity. Adult services, gambling, predatory lending, scams, and deceptive health or financial claims are not permitted. Third-party games and content require appropriate permission; a provider must not receive unrestricted advertising rights within Poimne. Outside feeds are not automatically approved or imported under these guidelines. Links and promotional placements must meet the same community standards.

Marketplace rules continue to apply

These community guidelines do not change marketplace eligibility, pickup, cash-exchange, digital-delivery, shipping or seller-responsibility rules. The Marketplace Sales & Shipping Policy and the separate B2B commerce policy below continue to govern those transactions.

1. The Poimne Integrity & Community Covenant

By signing up for an account, all users explicitly pledge to maintain Poimne as a kind, encouraging, and faith-filled space. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for text communications, video media uploads, or profile data that is abusive, deceptive, malicious, or intentionally disruptive to the fellowship. Violations are handled under the community standards and moderation process below, subject to applicable law.

2. Account Recovery, Identification, & Access

Users are completely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, including screen names and passwords. In the event of lost credentials, users must utilize our automated, secure account recovery interfaces located on our forms pages. You agree to provide true, current, and accurate identification details during the onboarding processes.

3. Workspace Housing & Preventative Automated Timeouts

Our Growth, Flock and Business workspace tiers provide specialized data vaults, task boards, and communication feeds. To shield sensitive internal business or ministry affairs from unauthorized terminal access, the Platform enforces an automated fifteen (15) minute idle timeout policy. If a workspace dashboard remains inactive for 15 consecutive minutes, the current user session will automatically lock out. Users must re-authenticate with their credentials to resume active data writes.

4. Platform Routing & System Maintenance Terminations

PoimneApp.com reserves the right to implement automatic background database pings and routine code refactor tests to maintain live hosting uptime. We reserve the unilateral right to restrict access, suspend accounts, modify features, or truncate data footprints to shield our underlying hosted infrastructure from brute-force attacks, system exploitation, or inactivity-driven pausing loops.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under this agreement must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Section 12. Marketplace Sales & Shipping Policy

The following addendum applies to all marketplace transactions conducted on PoimneApp.com.

Community Marketplace: in-person cash exchanges

Purchases arranged through the community Marketplace are completed in person with cash paid directly to the seller. Poimne provides the listing venue; it does not collect purchase payments, hold funds, arrange shipping, or administer returns for these exchanges. Buyers and sellers arrange the exchange and resolve transaction issues directly. General-member listings are free. Applicable business, vendor, and church advertising placement fees still apply. Separate B2B workspace purchases continue through Poimne checkout under the B2B commerce policy; the seller and buyer arrange shipping. The shipping provisions below apply to those separate eligible sales, not community Marketplace listings. Nothing in this policy excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.1 Platform Role as Catalyst Only

Poimne App (the "Platform") acts strictly as a passive digital catalyst and venue to connect independent local buyers and sellers (collectively, "Users") within a regional community ecosystem. The Platform does not manufacture, store, inspect, ship, or possess any physical item, ad posting, or service listed within our marketplace dashboard grids. The contract for sale is formed solely and directly between the respective buyer and seller.

12.2 Shipping Eligibility

Businesses, churches, and vendors may arrange shipping for their own sales. All other platform members must follow the non-shipping rule: physical goods are exchanged through in-person pickup; permitted digital materials may be delivered electronically. An individual member does not gain shipping permission merely by belonging to a church or buying from a vendor.

12.3 Independent Seller Shipping Responsibilities

Shipping is arranged independently by the seller and its chosen carrier. Poimne is not affiliated with vendor shipping operations and does not act as the carrier, shipping agent, insurer, or fulfillment provider. Sellers are responsible for packaging, shipping charges, dispatch, tracking, delivery communications, returns, and legally required refunds. To the extent permitted by law, Poimne does not accept responsibility for seller-arranged shipping, including delays, loss, damage, or non-delivery. Nothing in this policy excludes obligations or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.4 Shipping Orders, Pickup Orders, and Refunds

Before purchase, eligible sellers must disclose shipping charges, dispatch estimates, delivery terms, and return/refund policies and comply with applicable law. Shipping permission does not authorize use of a pickup-only order or pickup PIN as proof of shipment or delivery. Use an appropriate shipping order flow; if one is unavailable, do not collect payment for shipping through the pickup flow. Payment disputes and refunds remain subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

B2B payments, refunds and vendor responsibility

Policy version: October 7, 2026. Applies to business, vendor and church B2B sales.

Payments and shipping

B2B purchases from businesses, vendors, and churches must be paid through Poimne checkout when available. All B2B sellers, including churches, pay Poimne a platform fee of 3% of the item subtotal, excluding shipping and taxes, plus the actual Stripe processing fees. Buyers pay the listed item price, disclosed shipping, and applicable taxes; these seller fees are not added again to the buyer total. Sellers must not redirect these purchases to off-platform payment. Shipping and physical returns are arranged directly between buyer and seller; Poimne is not the carrier or fulfillment provider. If checkout is unavailable, do not accept an order or payment through an alternative Poimne flow.

Refund requests

Report B2B return and refund requests through Poimne support, quoting the order reference. The seller coordinates the physical return with the buyer. Approved refunds must be processed through the original platform payment method. This does not limit a buyer’s statutory rights or ability to contact their bank. A support request or seller promise is not confirmation that a refund has been processed.

Refund costs and platform fees

The seller is responsible for documented original processing fees retained by Stripe and applicable dispute costs attributable to the seller’s transaction, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. Poimne returns its platform fee on a full refund and returns the proportional platform fee on a partial refund. These costs must not automatically reduce a buyer’s approved refund. No additional punitive fine is imposed. Platform-caused errors and incorrectly assigned costs must be reviewed and corrected.

Repeated chargebacks and selling restrictions

Documented unrecovered seller costs pause new B2B orders until resolved. Three confirmed lost chargebacks with a processing or dispute fee loss in a rolling 90-day period trigger a selling restriction and administrative review. Ordinary refunds and pending or won disputes do not count toward that threshold. Poimne may restrict or suspend B2B selling for repeated failures, fraud, or attempts to evade restrictions, based on a documented review of volume, circumstances, and corrective action. Restrictions do not remove access to existing order records, support, or refund obligations.

Notice, correction, and reinstatement

Vendors can view recorded cases, outstanding costs, and selling restrictions in their B2B payment responsibility page. Contact Poimne support with the case reference to dispute an error or request reinstatement. Poimne Administration records the reason for each decision. Restoration requires resolving outstanding costs and review of repeat incidents; payment alone does not automatically reverse an administrative suspension. New qualifying incidents can trigger another review.

Scope and availability

These B2B rules do not change free general-member cash marketplace listings or separate paid advertisement placement fees. Payment collection, fee recovery, refunds, and dispute automation are not yet enabled for B2B sales. The policy does not guarantee recovery of vendor debts or eliminate Poimne’s obligations to Stripe or buyers. Seller acceptance and verified payment integration are required before paid B2B selling launches.
