Your privacy is fundamentally important to our mission. Poimne collects administrative attendance information and profile data solely to help church leaders execute pastoral care workflows. Financial transactions are securely tokenized and transmitted directly to Stripe's bank-grade vaults. Poimne never stores, processes, or retains full credit card or bank account numbers on our servers. We do not sell, rent, or distribute congregation member identities or personal communication data to third-party marketing entities.

At PoimneApp.com, we are committed to protecting your personal data, safeguarding your privacy, and maintaining absolute transparency regarding our underlying data collection and infrastructure management policies.

Member-to-member direct messages

Member DMs are stored so you can return to conversations across devices. Application access is restricted to the two participants. These messages are not end-to-end encrypted; authorized infrastructure operators may have access for operating the service. Delete conversation hides existing messages from your own inbox and does not erase the other participant's copy or database backups. New messages may start a new visible conversation. Blocking prevents new messages in both directions until unblocked. For account-data deletion requests, contact support@poimneapp.com. Support-chat retention is separate and remains temporary.

1. Telemetry Logs & Automated Data Collection

When you interact with specific access components on our Website—such as clicking our mobile access badges—the Platform utilizes an independent server-side edge function (`track-qr-scan`) to log baseline hardware telemetry. This function captures basic browser engines and device types (e.g., Smartphone, Tablet, or Desktop). This basic text metadata is recorded directly within our hosted `qr_scan_analytics` database table solely to compute high-level administrative metrics and trend visualizers. We do not track or sell your external web habits.

2. Employment applications and onboarding records

Organization hiring records and supporting attachments are restricted through application access controls to the applicant and organization account holder. Ordinary team membership does not grant HR access. Authorized infrastructure operators may access records to operate the service. These records are not end-to-end encrypted, and Poimne does not claim special column-level encryption of legacy tax fields. File access links expire after 60 seconds, but downloaded copies remain on the recipient’s device. Legacy employment records remain separately restricted to their subject and authorized Poimne Administration. Do not submit identity, tax or banking documents through ordinary onboarding attachments; use your employer’s approved secure process. Contact support about existing records, access or retention.

3. Privacy Policies for Secure Interview Rooms

Our specialized video interview suites operate entirely via secure, peer-to-peer WebRTC streaming connection protocols. Video media and audio streams transit directly between the interviewer and candidate hardware terminals. PoimneApp.com servers do not track, process, record, or save your visual data feeds. All cryptographic channel authorization tokens are permanently broken and expired the instant the call session is disconnected.

4. Row-Level Security (RLS) Defenses

All user metrics, database records, and corporate files are housed within a secure hosted Postgres database guarded by active Row-Level Security policies. Unauthenticated public requests targeting internal workspace columns are blocked automatically by the database engine, returning a strict access denial error. All administrative access lookups log an immutable trail entry inside our internal system security audit logs to track compliance.

You have the absolute right to review, update, or request the permanent deletion of your personal account records at any time.
