1. Copyright Policy

Poimne respects the intellectual property rights of others. Users may only post content they own or have permission to share. Unauthorized posting of copyrighted material is prohibited.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on Poimne infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request to Support@poimneapp.com. Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material’s location on Poimne, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same information. We will review and restore content if appropriate.

4. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright law, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

5. Good-Faith Consideration

All DMCA notices are reviewed in good faith. Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
